As ProAdvisors, we are asked these questions on a weekly basis. For those of us that have been using various services over the years, it may seem like a simple answer; Working remotely is a way to work with the clients\\\\\\\' data from your office instead of theirs, and file transfers is just transferring file... however, there is really a lot more to the story with the ever-changing world of technology.

Since the creation of the Intuit Developer Network (IDN), there has been an increased interest in the ProAdvisor community in learning how the hundreds of integrated solutions available in the Marketplace could be used to not only respond to our clients integration needs but also help us differentiate our QuickBooks consulting practices.
At the same time, members of both the IDN and ProAdvisor Communities were feeling the need for a better way to facilitate the exchange of information between our two groups. After all the goals of our two groups are quite complimentary - to help our customers get the most from their QuickBooks...
